Meet the Inner Farmer In You: Stone and Thistle Farm brings an exciting mid-week learning opportunity. From Birth to Bones - a full on full day workshop combined with two nights lodging. One day each month from July to October, Tom and Denise will walk you through the process of raising an animal (chicken, rabbit, lamb, pig) from baby, through adult when it is slaughtered and cooked. JUST ADDED: To REALLY get those sparks-a-poppin off the flames, we can arrange a horse-and-buggy ride around the village of Roxbury for you.
