Taste of the Catskills is a new event for our county to experience this year. From the great food and tastings to bocci ball, a market, and great tours of Maple Shade Farm - this is going to be a crowd pleaser for kids and adults.
The farmers markets are bursting with great
food. Bring a cooler with you and stock up on locally raised meats to

Area hiking and paddling fans are gearing up for the Lark in the Park.
The Lark in the Park is an annual event over ten days celebrating our best next door neighbor - the Catskill Park! Oct 2nd through 12th, volunteers will guide you along streamside paths in our river valleys to the mountain peaks and fire towers. This is simply the best way to experience the fall foliage and mother nature.
Just in case you're not a hiker - you can still enjoy fall foliage on the weekends. Choose from between a lift chair at Plattekill Mountain or on the 1.5 hour ridebetween Arkville and Roxbury aboard the Delaware & Ulster .
